Our house, that is. We decided to take the plunge and attempt to sell our house. We've been needing to be on the other side of town for a while now, and have found something that's what we're looking for right now. It'll be downsizing a little bit, but that's also something that will be good for us for a while. Chad and Lori are our biggest cheerleaders for the move and have us excited about the world of opportunities a smaller house will open up for us! So- if you know somebody that knows somebody, etc. that might be looking for a great new house- let us know!!!

Good luck! We are thinking of doing the same thing...we have alot of decisions to make too though, like when we are moving back. We will definitely keep yall in mind if its still for sale!!
Congratulations on your decision! Speaking personally, I think downsizing our house is the best thing that has ever happened to our family, even as we "upsized" our family. We love our little house - and our little house payment! You all have a great house in a great neighborhood, though; you shouldn't have any trouble selling it. A word of advice: Start downsizing your "stuff" NOW. Even if you don't think you have a lot of stuff, you'd be amazed how it grows to fill the space, especially in a smaller house.
